Your Second Visit to Our Pickerington Practice

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

On your second visit within one to two days, we will report to you what we have found.  Dr. Drake will be meeting with you to let you know what your diagnosis is and what the treatment plan will be based on your overall goals.  Our office manager will meet with you to let you know about your insurance coverage and our financial policies/arrangements to be made.

As long as it is appropriate, you will also receive your first chiropractic adjustment whether it is an activator adjustment or a diversified adjustment, we will be selecting the treatment that is right for you.  You may also select a treatment if you have a particular knowledge from past chiropractic care that one type of care works best for you.

We offer many treatments beside adjustments that can facilitate your healing.  Your treatment may include adjustments, exercise rehabilitation, traction, inferential electric stimulation, ultrasound treatments, ice, heat, posture instruction and dietary or vitamin/mineral recommendations.

Your second visit will be approximately 45 - 60 minutes.  Subsequent visits will be 15 - 45 minutes.  We have evening and Saturday hours to make treatment as convenient as possible.

The average patient is seen 1 - 3 times a week, however, patients looking for strictly wellness care may be seen every 2 - 12 weeks.

Dr. Mark Asks some important questions of interest to Pickerington residents - Chiropractor Pickerington Dr. Mark Asks...

What are the two things drugs do?
Drugs can either speed up (laxatives, amphetamines, caffeine) a bodily process, or slow down (stomach antacids, sleep aids, antihistamines, muscle relaxers) a bodily process. Chiropractic care can produce the same results, but relies on the intelligence of the body. Chiropractors trust your body. Do you?
Is chiropractic safe?
What do you consider safe? Chiropractic care is safer than driving your car on the streets of Pickerington, getting back surgery, taking aspirin and even safer than taking a shower in your own home! Compared with things we accept as safe, chiropractic care is even safer. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
